Quick and Easy Weeknight Pizza

A finished pizza ready to be devoured.

Did you know that cheese pizza was originally created back in 1889? Talk about an old family recipe! It was created by Raffaele Esposito for the Queen Consort of Italy.

We love all sorts of topping combinations here. The kids always enjoy a classic cheese pizza, but we usually go for something more exciting like a supreme or a BBQ chicken pizza. And sometimes nothing is better on a Saturday Morning than waking up to the smell of a breakfast pizza hot from the oven.

What are your family’s favorite toppings? Let me know in the comments.

We eat a lot of pizza in this house and have gone through our fair share of pizza cutters. Most of them work okay, but either break shortly after purchasing or are difficult to clean. We have discovered this pizza cutter and absolutely love it! It cuts through the crust with less pressure than the more traditional style and it completely breaks apart for cleaning and is dishwasher safe. Definitely a kitchen must have!
