Description

This recipe creates a pizza dough dry mix that is stored in your refrigerator to be used whenever you are in need of a quick meal. This recipe can make 4 XL pizzas or you can use the original recipe to make 8 medium pizzas.

Ingredients
  • 9 cups Flour (sifted)
  • 1/3 cup Baking Powder
  • 4 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 cup Dry Milk (Plus 2 Tablespoons)
  • 1 3/4 cup Shortening
Instructions
  1. Sift the flour then add all remaining dry ingredients and mix well.

  2. Cut in the shortening until there are no pieces larger than a pea.

    You can use a pastry cutter, a hand mixer, or even your hands to cut in the shortening.
  3. Store in the refrigerator until ready to make a pizza.

Notes

The pizza crust this recipe makes is not a traditional type of dough and has more of a bready texture similar to a biscuit. It is still delicious if not a bit different and we hope that you enjoy it!
